Leslie Lake is a co-founder and Managing Member at Invus Financial Advisors, where she manages the fund portfolio and is an active biotech and healthcare investor. She managed the firm’s hedge fund of funds business from 1995 to 2006. Prior to co-founding Invus Financial Advisors, she was the Executive Vice President and Managing Director of Cofinam Inc., where she managed that firm’s liquid investments. And before that she was the external Chief Investment Officer for the Mitchell Kapor Family. She began her career as an analyst for Joseph P. Kennedy Enterprises. She is a Director at Aksys Ltd. and the Vice Chairman of the Board at Strive National.
Maria Fiorini Ramirez is President & Chief Executive Officer of Maria Fiorini Ramirez, Inc., an independent global economic and financial consulting firm she launched in 1992, which advises some of the largest institutions in the world. She is also the owner of MFR Securities, Inc., its woman-owned minority broker dealer subsidiary which participates in equity and debt underwritings and executes fixed income product transactions for institutional clients. With nearly five decades of experience in the financial markets, Maria has served as a director of multiple banks and investment firms, both public and private, in both the U.S. and Europe. Prior to starting her own firm, her career included positions at CIT; American Express; Lavoro Bank; AG Becker Paribas; Merrill Lynch and Drexel Burnham Lambert. At Drexel, Maria was the first woman Managing Director and was the Chief Money Market Economist. After Drexel shut down she founded MFR. She is also on the boards of Metropolitan Commercial Bank, Security Mutual Life, Vasayo, The Investment Policy committee of Edward Jones & Co and BNY Pershing Institutional’s client Advisory Board and has served on multiple boards in the non-profit sector over the years as well, earning awards from The Cerebral Palsy Research Foundation and the Ellis Island Medal of Honor, among others. She is also a Founding member of 100 Women in Hedge Funds, and Co-Founder and Treasurer of the Financial Policy Council.
Dana Telsey is the CEO and Chief Research Officer of Telsey Advisory Group, a leading equity research, trade execution, investment banking and consulting firm focused on the consumer space. She is also the founder of Telsey Consumer Fund Management, an asset management firm that manages a long/short hedge fund investing in consumer-based companies. Dana has followed over 100 companies during her career and is the only U.S. based analyst to provide complete analysis of the European luxury goods sector. Prior to starting Telsey Advisory Group, she was at Bear, Stearns and before that was the Retail Analyst at C.J. Lawrence and Vice President of the Baron Asset Fund at Baron Capital, Inc. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Center’s Board of Trustees and has been named to Institutional Investor magazine’s “All-America Research Team” for 13 years, among other honors.

Alessandra Tocco is a managing director and business strategist for Good Hill Partners. Prior to joining Good Hill Partners she was a managing director at J.P. Morgan, sitting on the prime brokerage management committee with specific responsibility for creating and overseeing the global Capital Advisory group encompassing business consulting, the content and branding efforts and capital introduction. Before that, she was a director of US capital introduction at ABN-AMRO focusing on macro and fixed income strategies. She began her career at Morgan Stanley, where she managed the due diligence effort and created several fund of fund products within the asset management division. In 2015 she was honored as one of the 50 Leading Women in Hedge Funds by The Hedge Fund Journal. In addition to her position as President of the New York Alternative Investment Roundtable, she is a member of the investment committee for the Lymphoma and Leukemia Society and the youth development committee of the NYC chapter of the YMCA.
