Daniel Sternoff is Medley Global Advisors Senior Managing Director and Head of Macro Content at Energy Aspects. He leads the firm’s Washington research, focusing on monetary, fiscal, trade, regulatory and foreign affairs. Daniel has more than 20 years’ experience helping top investor, corporate and sovereign entities navigate their exposures at the intersection of global politics and financial markets. Before joining Energy Aspects, he was Managing Director and head of US research with Macro Advisory Partners, where he led that firm’s emerging markets practices, with a particular focus on oil markets, China and energy geopolitics. Prior to moving into consulting, he was a Jerusalem-based correspondent with Reuters and directed news agency’s Treasury and Foreign Exchange desks in New York.
