April Monthly Call: “Tips From a Former FBI Agent on Building Trust With Due Diligence”

Given how easily a company’s reputation, and in turn its business, can be tarnished, due diligence has become more important than ever. Learn about some of the key things that investors should be focusing on and asking CEOs about before investing in any company.
Former FBI agent and certified fraud examiner Kenneth S. Springer, founder and president of Corporate Resolutions Inc., will address various aspects of due diligence and things that investors cannot afford to overlook. Springer’s company conducts background investigations management teams, fund managers, executive hires, business partners and vendors to provide investors with a complete picture of any potential investment, allowing them to transact with confidence.
Mr. Springer has conducted investigative due diligence and corporate investigations for over 35 years. He is the co-author of “Digging for Disclosure: Tactics for Protecting Your Firm’s Assets from Swindlers, Scammers and Imposters” and his clients include pension funds, funds of funds, family offices, private equity firms and other investors.
